"You're a Wheel Cool Brother" Christmas ornament made by Enesco in 1994. He's hauling quite a bit on his "Super Bro!" skateboard, so much so that it has thrown off his stance quite a bit.

Haibao II
Rounding out the World Expo mascot trend, we return to Haibao, this time in pin form. Haibao is the mascot of the 2010 World Expo held in Shanghai, China. This pin is from Coca-Cola and has quite a sparkly underside.

Twipsy
Continuing with the trend of World Expo mascots we find Twipsy. Unfortunely no figure but he appears here in pin form. As the text implies, Twipsy is the mascot of the 2000 World Expo held in Hannover, Germany.

Curro
Curro was the mascot for the 1992 World Expo in Seville, Spain. This figure is not one often seen and I was excited to come across it. Took me a bit to figure out who he even was. There seems to be a bit of a cult fan club around him.

Haibao
Haibao was the mascot for the 2010 World Expo in Shanghai, China. I was excited to find this figure and was honestly a bit hesitant about opening him up, but as you can see I did. It looks like there are 5 versions of this figure (each with a different skateboard). This one is the China Pavilion.

Turtle Boy
Toy Machine's Turtle Boy released as Tech Deck Dudes Skate Crew Series 3 (top) and Series 4 (bottom). Both series were released in 2002. Wish they would've also made a sect figure.

Phinneas
Phinneas from Boo Hollow. This is from series 3 of the Paka Paka surprise capsules from Funko released in 2022. There is also a full-size Funko Pop figure that is nearly identical (except larger). Check out that tombstone skateboard shape!
Phinneas is not the first werewolf to be featured on BPA - check out the Universal Monsters figures.
Check the new monster tag for more monsters!

Max Mayfield II
Max Mayfield from Stranger Things returns with this Upside Down capsule toy from YuMe toys released in 2022.
Max's original appearance was as a Funko Pop figure.

Pikachu III
Pikachu returns for his 3rd appearance, this time fully poochied out in a move reminiscent of '90s Looney Tunes shirts. I don't think this is officially licensed - a bunch of these showed up in 2023 so I'm guessing that's when it is from.

Alien Rapsters
A few of these aliens were previously featured as "hip hop aliens" but I believe they were marketed as alien "rapsters." These were one of many aliens to be sold in gumball vending machines. I've finally tracked down the complete set of both skating and posing aliens so I'm making a new post. No year but guessing late 90s or early 00s.

Hoppe-Chan
Hoppe-Chan (which means "cheeks") is a series of characters that are basically blobs with rosy cheeks. There are a ton of these figures and there are a fair amount of varieties of this skateboarding figure. No year on this guy.

Doraemon
Doraemon is a cat-like robot. This figure was originally a keychain but lost his latch before he came to me. His board is an unusual kicknose without kicktail. I can't find any date for this guy but I would guess maybe 90s or 2000s.

Killua Zoldyck
Killua Zoldyck from Hunter X Hunter. Not sure when this figure is from (sometime between 1998 and now).

Wishbone
Not sure when this Wishbone figure is from but I'm guessing the 90s since that is when his television show aired. It appears to be part of some set at the bottom of hit deck seems like it wants to attach to something.
Edit: This figure was originally attached to a curly straw although I have yet to ascertain if this was part of a promotion or sold separately.

Demons et Merveilles Skarla figure
This figure was made fairly recently, probably this decade and is still available although a bit pricey. He's fairly realistic, or at least more than the average figure. He comes in 2 color schemes.

Mechanical Skate Board Bear
This wind-up skateboarding bear by Prestige was made in Hong Kong and is very similar to the Mechanical Skate Board figure. He's most likely from the late 70s. In addition to the boy and this bear, I've also seen a girl and a clown.

Danger Mouse
Danger Mouse figure from 2016. The original Danger Mouse cartoon aired from 1981-1992, my prime cartoon watching years. The show was revived in 2015 for 2 seasons and a fair amount of merchandise.

Skateboard Bunny
The Skateboard Bunny, released for Easter March 27, which puts him either 2005 or 2016. This figure was sold at Walmart with unbranded packaging, but his board says SOMA on the bottom with a 1988 copyright. The '88 SOMA figures have a pointed nose deck, unlike the later similar figures with a popsicle deck. The skateboard has pull-back action and the figure can be moved forward or backwards to adjust its motion.

Hello Kitty V
Hello Kitty makes her 5th appearance on BPA. This time in PVC figure form from the '80s (I think). Previous appearances: zipper pull, pencil topper, figure, & charm.

Mini Aliens III
There are a lot of aliens in vending machines, and these are the most poorly painted ones I've come across so far. No year on these guys, and no idea how many to the set. They're very similar to the first set of mini aliens featured here.

Gullwing Belt Buckle
I initially acquired this Gullwing belt buckle as a flat brass piece with no back. I think it might've been some prototype and I have anecdotal evidence of at lease one other person having one (sans backing) that came directly from Gullwing. I have also seen one on eBay that did have a back although there's no way to know if it was added later. I picked up some backing hardware and tried to solder it on but that didn't work - so I had a welder friend weld the backing hardware on. That seems to have done the trick, so mine is now a functional belt buckle. Assuming this was made in the late 70s or early 80s.
Check the "belt buckle" for more vintage skateboarding belt buckles!

Pusheen
Pusheen! What's not to love? He she is rolling in pin form in 2018. Barnes & Noble released a plush version, but to date no figure version of skateboarding Pusheen exists.

Bart Simpson XVIII
Bart returns for the 18th time, and you'd be forgiven for thinking this one might be a bootleg. It's not though - it's a 1999 figure from Dolcerie Veneziane, an Italian chocolatier who put out a Kinder-like Simpsons set. The set includes the family, with Homer & Marge sitting on each side of the couch. It also included the TV and both Santa's Little Helper and Snowball II.

Diddl
Diddl is a German comic book character created in 1990. He's a white jumping mouse, with extra large feet & ears. I'm unable to get a year for this figure, but no website on the box so I'm guessing 90s. He's listed as figure 37.

Skateboard Actyl
Daring Dinos are mutant dinos that came to life when a mad scientist accidentally went back in time to the Jurassic Period and the monster period simultaneously when he pushed the wrong button on this time machine.
There you have it - pretty straight forward.

Amplifiers
Amplifiers was a toy line released by Jakks Pacific in 2018. The set featured skateboarders, scooterers, & bikers. All 3 could be launched with a rev up launcher that sets the large rear wheel in motion. Skateboarders came in numerous colorways and also in 2 different position (note the pink shirted figure is standing over the rear wheel rather than up on the nose). Some figures came with ramps and others in 2-packs.
