This dude is from Animal UK clothing. It's mostly a surf clothing company but made this guy at some point.

Edit: Found out this guy was originally an air freshener with the scent "extreme spice."

Strawberry Shortcake II

Strawberry Shortcake makes here second appearance on BPA, this time as a McDonald's Happy Meal toy from 2006. This figure differs quite a bit from her 1982 skating figure. She's ditched her dress and oversized hat for a tracksuit and a bike helmet. Her artificial strawberry scent is also weaker, having worn off in 7 years where the '82 figure is still going strong after 30+ years.

L'il Lemon

L'il Lemon is a Life Savers Scented Mini Doll. She is one of four figures created in mini doll form and the only one on a skateboard (the others are Mike E. Mint playing soccer, Sweet Cherry with camera, and Lotta Flavors playing tennis). She is from 1982 and unlike the Strawberry Shortcake PVC figure from the same year, L'il Lemon's scent is long gone.

Strawberry Shortcake

Strawberry Shortcake was riding back in 1982. This figure has an unusual smell that I don't really think smells like anything but other Strawberry Shortcake toys (and apparently lasts at least 30 years). This is the only figure I have come across of a person skating in a dress. Her enormous head/hat makes this figure fall over pretty easily (that would probably be a much bigger problem than the dress).
