Donald Duck's 8th appearance comes as a tiny figure from a Japanese capsule machine. He is part of a Takara Tomy Disney Sports set.

Ronald's 3rd solo appearance on BPA comes as this UK 2003 happy meal figure. This is the early '00s incarnation of Ronald Mcdonald which is a bit more cartoony than in the past. Check out the card featuring Ronald at the end of a long snakerun.

Ernie


Ernie on a skateboard Enesco ceramic figurine from 1993. Why do they make ceramic Sesame Street characters? It says on the box "this is a collectible item and not a child's toy." Anyway, it's Ernie's first appearance. Check the muppet tag below for more muppets.

Bearacuda


Bearacuda 1992 keychain figure. That's the end of my knowledge on this dude. Thought he might be a Teddy Grahams bear (he looks like the skating bear on the Dizzy Grizzlies box) but this figure predates them. He says Bearacuda on him which I haven't been able to find any info on.

Happy Halloween! This ghost is a pull-back figure from a 1993 Creepy Creatures set that also included a vampire (featured on BPA for Halloween 2014). He's the 2nd ghost to appear on BPA (the first being this Phantasm that was featured for Halloween 2015).

Diener eraser skate cat from 1988. This was part of a animal sports set including (but not limited to): football pig, surfer cat, hockey elephant, soccer elephant, and baseball bear. He came in a variety of colors.

Max Goof III


Max Goof returns in Funko Pop! form. This was released for Black Friday in 2018 and was an exclusive Gamestop figure. He was also a chase figure - the regular figure did not have a skateboard. Max has been featured twice before - Max & Max II.

Side note - Max appears in the 2000 direct-to-DVD movie An Extremely Goofy Movie, which is an uncredited remake of Back to School.

Monkey Skateboard Co






Monkey Skateboard co was a real company from 1996 till sometime in the 2000s. This set of figures was released in 2005 by Toy2r. The original set was the top 4 (with blue boards). A second holiday set was released with the 2 christmas monkeys and a vampire monkey. The final glow-in-the-dark figure was released separately.

Loco Skaters



Mr. Nibbles (in blue) and Neena were previously featured on BPA separately but I managed to track down the set, which includes a second Mr. Nibbles and Del. The set was called "Loco Skaters" and released in 2007 by Del Taco. In case you are wondering, Mr. Nibbles is a chinchilla.

Ricky Rails


Ricky Rails from the 2013 Grommets toyline, which featured both snowboarders and skaters. There wasn't really any difference between the two except for winter/summer gear. They feature 4 ball bearings on the bottom which allow the figure to roll.

Noodle is the dog mascot of Fazoli's, an Italian-American restaurant chain that I have never heard of. According to his bio sheet, Noodle is the coolest kid you know....times ten! That is one order of magnitude cooler. No year on this guy but there is a website so probably post 2000.

Dirty Deck




Dirty Deck is part of the 2017 "Cruddy Sport" Grossery Gang. He comes in 6 colorways, 2 from the standard set and then 2 each for subsequent Easter and Xmas sets. He's pretty similar to the previously featured Gutter Skater trashie. He's the 3rd personified skateboard to featured on BPA, after the aforementioned Gutter Skater and the Sonic Sidewalk Surfers.
