Goofy IX

Goofy's 9th appearance here and featuring by far his worst style on a board yet. This is part of a set that I originally through was only Mickey and Minnie. A sticker on the bottom shows he was sold at Disney Parks and Resorts in Anaheim, CA. Assuming the set was exclusive to park stores. Makes me wonder who else was part of the set.

 

Pluto IV

Pluto returns for his 4th appearance. This is a dollar store find in 2022 and is part of small set which incudes 2 Mickeys, Minnie, & Donald; although Pluto is the only one skating.

 

Mickey Mouse (XIV) & Minnie Mouse (II)

Mickey & Minnie return for a tandem pin. Online sources date this pin at 1975 from Germany. 

 

Chip & Dale II

Chip & Dale return in pin form, once again riding tandem. This pin is from 2008 and part of some expedition series. The reverse states it is a limited edition of 900.

 

Mickey Mouse XIII

Mickey Mouse comes in for his 13th appearance - rivaling Snoopy & Bart for king of BPA. No info on this guy - looks like he had a loop on his head at one point so perhaps a keychain or zipper pull. I got him used along with a small Mickey bag, so that points to a zipper pull.

 

Chip & Dale

Chip & Dale make their debut appearance on BPA riding tandem in this 2002 Japan-only Happy Meal premium. When pushed down and let go they move forward while the nose rises.

 

Mickey Mouse XII

Mickey returns as part of a set featured in the last 3 weeks ("Mickey Mouse and Friends Extreme Skate Park"). Like Donald, this is Mickey's 12th appearance.

 

Donald Duck XII

Donald returns for his 12th appearance, as part of a 3 piece set ("Mickey Mouse and Friends Extreme Skate Park") including last week's Goofy and next week's Mickey.

 

Goofy VIII

Goofy's 8th appearance, this time as a part of a 3 piece Disney Store exclusive set (w/Donald and Mickey) entitled "Mickey Mouse and Friends Extreme Skate Park." The set included the 3 skaters as well as some ramps, stairs, & handrails. No date found. Donald & Mickey coming in the next 2 weeks. Check the Disney tag for more Goofy.

 

Mickey Mouse (XI) & Minnie Mouse (& Goofy IX)

While Mickey has appeared here ten times, this is Minnie's debut appearance. These are pullback skateboards with stingy wheelbases from the early 2000s. As far as I know this is the complete set but it's always possible there are more figures - maybe Donald & Daisy?

Mickey Mouse X

Mickey Mouse returns to BPA for his 10th appearance. This time as a fairly recent figure - from the Disney Junior Mickey mini figure blind capsule series 1, released in 2020. This set featured a variety of characters from the Mickey Mouse clubhouse (which I have been exposed to through my niblings). This was the only skating figure though.

 

Donald Duck XI

Donald Duck returns for his 11th appearance on BPA. This figure was part of a 4-piece set labeled "Disney Heroes" and sold exclusively at Disney parks. The set was rounded out by the usual Mickey & Goofy joined by Stitch. I had a tough time nailing down a year for these guys, but found a blog post from 2014 where someone went to a disney store outlet and found these guys, so probably shortly before that. Similar to Tech Deck Dudes these figures are attached to their boards with magnets. Disney had previously teamed up with Tech Deck Dudes to release Mickey and Stitch as magnetic figures in the mid-2000s.

 

Mickey Mouse IX

Mickey's 9th appearance comes as a Tech Deck Dude from 2005. This was a Disney Store exclusive and part of a set that only included Mickey & Stitch. Around a decade later Disney released another round of magnetic figures of Mickey, Donald, Goofy, & Stitch.

 

Goofy VII

Goofy's 7th appearance on BPA comes in pin form, as a 2020 collab between Disney and Adidas. I think this came with a sweatshirt featuring Goofy playing a variety of sports. Curiously he's not wearing Adidas in this image.

Mickey Mouse VIII

Mickey Mouse with a fire hydrant. This guy was released by Choco Time, a Greek chocolate & cookie company. Check the Disney tag for more Mickey.

 

Donald Duck X

Donald Duck riding a three-axle, rocket-powered skateboard complete with headlights. In addition to this pin, this graphic was used for t-shirts and posters and is sometimes accompanied by the text "Banzai Duck."

Mickey Mouse VII

Mickey Mouse makes his 7th appearance on BPA as one of his earliest figures. This is a pull-back skateboard from 1979 branded as L'il Zips and advertised as having "fun-bouncing action." There are a couple different color combos for this guy, of which I have 2.

 

Huey, Dewey, & Louie II

Huey, Dewey, & Louie make their 2nd appearance as a trio, this time riding the same board. This is a pencil topper - no date on this one.

 

Buzz Lightyear & Rex

Buzz Lightyear & Rex riding tandem from Toy Story 2 (1999). It looks like this was a pull back or rev up skateboard but whatever internal mechanism once existed is done for and the wheels are just free spinning now, like a real skateboard I guess.

 

Mickey Mouse VII

Mickey Mouse makes his 7th appearance on BPA. Once again in figure form, this time as part of the "Disney Heroes" set sold exclusively at Disney Parks. Goofy and Stitch from this set have already been posted here (all that is left is Donald who I do not have at the time I'm writing this).
