Mickey & Minnie return for a tandem pin. Online sources date this pin at 1975 from Germany. 

 

Chip & Dale II

Chip & Dale return in pin form, once again riding tandem. This pin is from 2008 and part of some expedition series. The reverse states it is a limited edition of 900.

 

Chip & Dale

Chip & Dale make their debut appearance on BPA riding tandem in this 2002 Japan-only Happy Meal premium. When pushed down and let go they move forward while the nose rises.

 

Snoopy & Friend on Skateboard

 

 

The Peanuts gang returns with another set of skateboard figures, most of them previously seen in Peanuts Skate N Surf and Peanuts Mini Skateboard. This set features two figures per board, skating in tandem. Most just have Woodstock sitting up front but the WWI flying ace gets a new sculpt of Charlie Brown sitting down and one Charlie Brown gets both Snoopy & Woodstock sitting up front (probably how it would go in real life). There are few different copyrights for these figures and they have "Made in Hong Kong" printed on the bottom so I believe they are probably late 70s.

Targeteers

Targeteers were toys given out at Target Food Avenue in 1992, an in-store food mart in Target stores. Their names are (clockwise from top left) Danielle, Ramon, Ashley, & Buddy. The skateboards were packaged separately and have 2 pegs, allowing figures to ride in the middle or on the nose, or to allow 2 figures to ride tandem.

Note: These figures are very similar to the Bonnie Series by Silverlit, who also have a skateboarding figure & whose dog rides on the front peg.

Best Spuds

Best Spuds are 2 skating potatoes from the Oh! My Gif season 1 blind box series released in 2019. There is a 5th wheel on the bottom that turns a gear which makes the lead spud push and the 2nd spud hold on.

Huey, Dewey, & Louie II

Huey, Dewey, & Louie make their 2nd appearance as a trio, this time riding the same board. This is a pencil topper - no date on this one.

 

Buzz Lightyear & Rex

Buzz Lightyear & Rex riding tandem from Toy Story 2 (1999). It looks like this was a pull back or rev up skateboard but whatever internal mechanism once existed is done for and the wheels are just free spinning now, like a real skateboard I guess.

 

Goodfeathers

The Goodfeathers were repeat characters on Animaniacs who were a parody of the three main characters in GoodFellas. This seemed OK at the time but is pretty repetitive in hindsight. They are seen here sharing a skateboard as a Happy Meal toy from 1994. Their left feet appear to push as the deck moves and are run by a fifth wheel in the center of the deck. Their bag billed them as "Goodskate Goodfeathers."
