Bedtime for Democracy

I was looking at the artwork on the Dead Kennedy's Bedtime for Democracy (Alternative Tentacles 1986) and noticed a dead skate punk in the pile of huddled masses at the base of the Statue of Liberty. There is also a sleeping cat next to the board.
