This troglodyte is a Kinder surprise from 2003. They were advertised as "Die Ötzis," a reference to a mummy nicknamed Ötzi found in the Ötztal Alps in Austria/Italy. This particular dude is named Halfpipe and rides the same model board as Tweety Bird. This dude is cruising with some pretty heavy style, hands clasps behind his back and bare feet pointing forward.
