Rooty the Great Root Bear is the mascot for A&W Root Beer and the A&W restaurants. There is no date on this guy but he is probably from sometime in the '80s or possibly early '90s. He appears to be a kids meal toy and is part of a set that included a soccer player, a tennis player, a basketball player and a golfer.
