Woody Woodpecker returns to BPA with this figure. I'm not exactly sure when this guy is from but he certainly predates the last Woody figure that appeared on BPA. I think he is probably from the '80s or early '90s. Unlike last time, Woody is in his usual outfit, which is nothing at all.
