Goofy returns for his 4th appearance and 3rd in figure form. His previous appearances include a PVC figure, a bendy figure and a pin. This time Goofy seams to be standing on a stationary board while tipping his hat. All in all a rather boring pose but perhaps he's rolling and is just that smooth. No date on this guy but I would guess late '90s or early '00s.
