Pritt Stick

A Pritt Stick is a brand of glue sticks in the UK. This dude is partially anthropomorphic - he's got a face and hands but no feet. He still manages to ride somehow (guess he's glued to the board). There is no date on this pin but since he's got a walkman that seems to put it somewhere between the mid '80s and the early '90s.
