Plucky Duck is from
Tiny Toons and is seen here cruising on a pretty fat deck from 1990. He is riding the same board as
Roll-Along Smurf and has a similar stance (riding with the back foot pointed backwards). This seems to be a common stance among anthropomorphic animals. Plucky usually rocks just a white tank top but I guess they felt he needed more to skate so they gave him some shorts (or maybe just painted him wrong).
