PoppyPawz is a Dizzy Dancer, which is apparently just an animal stuck on a top. In addition to his frightening smile and appearance he also makes noises and lights up his tail when you touch his face. He comes with a "Swirlin' Skateboard" to spin on. Judging by the pastel colors and failed attempt at cuteness I guess this is supposed to be marketed to girls.
