I came across this dude at a Goodwill in Frederick, MD. He was still in a 25¢ gumball machine and it took 4 quarters to get him (after getting a snowboarder and 2 rollerbladers). It looks like he is making the cardinal sin of skating in flip flops (something that Del Taco's Neena was guilty of).
He is about the same size as another gumball machine green alien that appeared on BPA in its first month.
