Flunchy

Flunchy is the mascot of a French restaurant chain named Flunch (fast + lunch). This dude has no date but looking around it seems he was probably made in the late '80s or early '90s. He's got the standard shirt-and-no-pants look that is popular among older cartoon animals. He's also skating a deck with a pretty big nose but surprisingly short tail (snub tail?). Flunchy joins a couple other French mascots at BPA, namely Pif & Léo. He's also the 3rd bear to appear on BPA after Rooty & the Haribo Bear.
