Bart Simpson VII

Bart Simpson in ornament from from 2003. He's a PVC figure but with a cloth Santa hat with a metal bell on the end.

Snoopy XI

Snoopy keeps coming back for more, making his 11th solo appearance on BPA. This time again as Joe Cool from a 2000 UK Happy Meal toy.

Donald Duck VIII

Donald Duck's 8th appearance comes as a tiny figure from a Japanese capsule machine. He is part of a Takara Tomy Disney Sports set.

Previous Appearances: a bandana, a PVC figure, a bendy figure, an enamel pin, another enamel pin, another PVC figure, and one more PVC figure.

Ronald McDonald III

Ronald's 3rd solo appearance on BPA comes as this UK 2003 happy meal figure. This is the early '00s incarnation of Ronald Mcdonald which is a bit more cartoony than in the past. Check out the card featuring Ronald at the end of a long snakerun.

Jr. Joxx

Jr. Joxx Skateboarder from Darda Motors in 2009. This figure can be adjusted on the board to do different stunts.

X Team Skateboarder

This is a Sports Illustrated for Kids tie-in with Wendy's kids meal from 2000. It's 1 of 4 X Team figures (along with rollerblader, motocross, and snowboarder).

Ernie

Ernie on a skateboard Enesco ceramic figurine from 1993. Why do they make ceramic Sesame Street characters? It says on the box "this is a collectible item and not a child's toy." Anyway, it's Ernie's first appearance. Check the muppet tag below for more muppets.

Bearacuda

Bearacuda 1992 keychain figure. That's the end of my knowledge on this dude. Thought he might be a Teddy Grahams bear (he looks like the skating bear on the Dizzy Grizzlies box) but this figure predates them. He says Bearacuda on him which I haven't been able to find any info on.

Dear Daniel

Dear Daniel is Hello Kitty's boyfriend. This figure says both 1999 & 2000. Not sure when it is from or what set.

Previous Sanrio character appearances: Hello Kitty figure, Hello Kitty zipper pull, Hello Kitty pencil topper & Robby Rabbit coin purse.

Pluto II

Pluto's first appearance in figure form (he previously appeared as a pin). This is a 2016 figure from a Furuta chocolate egg, which seems to be the Japanese equivalent of Kinder eggs.

Ghost

Happy Halloween! This ghost is a pull-back figure from a 1993 Creepy Creatures set that also included a vampire (featured on BPA for Halloween 2014). He's the 2nd ghost to appear on BPA (the first being this Phantasm that was featured for Halloween 2015).

Arthur the Aardvark

Arthur the Aardvark figure from 2004. The first aardvark to appear on BPA for sure.

Panda

A skateboarding Panda from a 1990. Not much other info on this dude - board says 1990 gara/canal made in china (which is appropriate I guess).

Diener Eraser

Diener eraser skate cat from 1988. This was part of a animal sports set including (but not limited to): football pig, surfer cat, hockey elephant, soccer elephant, and baseball bear. He came in a variety of colors.

Max Goof III

Max Goof returns in Funko Pop! form. This was released for Black Friday in 2018 and was an exclusive Gamestop figure. He was also a chase figure - the regular figure did not have a skateboard. Max has been featured twice before - Max & Max II.

Side note - Max appears in the 2000 direct-to-DVD movie An Extremely Goofy Movie, which is an uncredited remake of Back to School.

Li'l Brother

This figure is the Li'l Brother from a 2002 Alien Family set by Peter Bagge (creator of the comic Hate and Neat Stuff). 

Monkey Skateboard Co

Monkey Skateboard co was a real company from 1996 till sometime in the 2000s. This set of figures was released in 2005 by Toy2r. The original set was the top 4 (with blue boards). A second holiday set was released with the 2 christmas monkeys and a vampire monkey. The final glow-in-the-dark figure was released separately.

Loco Skaters

Mr. Nibbles (in blue) and Neena were previously featured on BPA separately but I managed to track down the set, which includes a second Mr. Nibbles and Del. The set was called "Loco Skaters" and released in 2007 by Del Taco. In case you are wondering, Mr. Nibbles is a chinchilla.

Skateboarder Smurf III

Yet another skateboarding Smurf. This was a 2018 Kinder surprise.

Previous Smurf appearances: Skateboarder Smurf II, Skateboarder Smurf, Roll-Along Smurf, Surfin' Smurfs, Invert Smurf, Smurf Mug, Smurfette pin, Smurfette figure, and Handstand Smurf pin.

Blu II

Blu returns for a 2nd appearance as a Happy Meal toy from 2011 promoting the animated film Rio. His last appearance was from a Kinder Egg.

Blast Skates Mascot

The Blast Skates mascot in figure form, 2018. How awesome is this dude? Blast is a company out of England that makes wider decks. Check em out - blastskates.com! Made by playdude.co.

Ricky Rails

Ricky Rails from the 2013 Grommets toyline, which featured both snowboarders and skaters. There wasn't really any difference between the two except for winter/summer gear. They feature 4 ball bearings on the bottom which allow the figure to roll.

Noodle

Noodle is the dog mascot of Fazoli's, an Italian-American restaurant chain that I have never heard of. According to his bio sheet, Noodle is the coolest kid you know....times ten! That is one order of magnitude cooler. No year on this guy but there is a website so probably post 2000.

Bingo Beaver

Bingo "Bet It All" Beaver from the Get Along Gang. Possibly the first figure in overalls posted on BPA. This figure is from 1994. Fellow gang member Portia Porcupine was previously featured.

Skachomp

Skachomp is a figure from the Zomlings set from 2016. He is part of the "Spooky Street" crew. He comes in 2 colorways.

Hello Kitty III

Hello Kitty returns to BPA with a figure from the "Rollin' Action" playset from 2013. This is the "Rainbow Dream" outfit. The set also came with a small roll-in ramp and some cones.

Dirty Deck

Dirty Deck is part of the 2017 "Cruddy Sport" Grossery Gang. He comes in 6 colorways, 2 from the standard set and then 2 each for subsequent Easter and Xmas sets. He's pretty similar to the previously featured Gutter Skater trashie. He's the 3rd personified skateboard to featured on BPA, after the aforementioned Gutter Skater and the Sonic Sidewalk Surfers.
