Another 7" found on recent Richmond-Philly pilgrimage. This one comes from tiltWheel, a melodic Californian punk from the early '90s through the present. The dude pulling the sweeper on the cover seems to be a bit of a mascot, appearing on a bunch of album and EP covers. This 7" is a 2006 reissue of a 1998 EP with new and improved artwork (although the original had a photo of halfpipe on it).
