Live from Death Row is a thrash band from Massachusetts active around the turn of the century. They only released 2 split 7" EPs, but 1 of them features this ripper on the cover. This 7" is a split with the Japanese thrash band Lie. Both bands sound pretty typical of the late '90s/early '00s thrash scene (which is not a bad thing). This dude pulling a fastplant is apparently a fan of the band on the other side of the record (as well as WHN? and DRI).
