Clive Crocodile

Clive Crocodile is a Lego Fabuland character. He came in a small set with his board and 3 slalom cones. Fabuland was a Lego franchise that was available between 1979 and 1989. This particular set is from 1988 although Clive was available before that (his skateboard was not). The skateboard piece was later used for a Lego Belville set, a rather forgettable line of Legos aimed specifically at girls (it lasted from 1994-2009 before being retooled and launched as Lego Friends).
