Coney is not quite a skateboarding hot dog, but he is pretty close. He's named after a hot dog and even has mustard covered ears. Coney is one of the many Sonic Drive-In mascots, although I think he is a more recent addition. This figure is a Wacky Pack toy from 2009. While his board is the same size and quality as the earlier Sonic X-Tremes, the figure is of much lesser quality (hollow plastic as opposed to the solid PVC X-Tremes and much weaker magnets in his feet).
